ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes open to legal residents of Alabama, Louisiana and Mississippi who are at least twenty one (21) years of age as of the date of entry. Employees (and members of their immediate families or household) of Aaron's, Inc. (the "Sponsor"), its parent company, franchisees, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotional agencies, and/or sweepstakes promotional partners, and any other person or entity involved in the design, execution or judging of the Sweepstakes are not eligible.

HOW TO ENTER: The Aaron's "Ultimate Lucky Dog Fan Experience" Sweepstakes begins at 10 AM on October 26, 2009 and ends at the close of business, 10 PM (in your specific time zone) on November 4, 2009 (normal business hours are 10 AM to 7 PM, however check your local store for specific hours). Entry in the Aaron's "Ultimate Lucky Dog Fan Experience" Sweepstakes is via completion of an official entry form, available ONLY at participating Aaron's retail locations in Alabama, Louisiana and Mississippi. Participants must complete all the information asked for on the official entry form in order to have an acceptable, eligible entry.

There is a limit of one (1) entry per person and/or household address. Duplicate entries will be disqualified. Sponsor is not responsible for any unforeseen circumstances which may limit an individual's ability to participate in the Sweepstakes. WINNER SELECTION: The odds of winning depend upon the total number of received. The Prize Winner will be selected during a random drawing conducted on or about November 5, 2009 by an independent judging organization, whose decisions will be final with respect to all aspects of the Sweepstakes. The Prize Winner will be notified via telephone within one (1) day after the drawing date and must be able to receive, "open" and print out a prize winner notification package via e-mail attachment due to the "quick turnaround" of this Sweepstakes. The potential prize winner must complete an Affidavit of Eligibility and a Name and Liability Release, and return their completed affidavits via Fax to a member of either the judging organization or the Sponsor before they can claim and collect their prize. Non-compliance with any of these conditions may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. The Sponsor will use reasonable efforts to select an alternate winner but in the event one cannot be reasonably determined, such prize will not be awarded.

PRIZE: One Prize Winner will receive an Ultimate Experience Weekend at the Alabama vs. LSU Football Game on November 7, 2009. The prize package includes: One night hotel accommodations (double occupancy) at a hotel in or near Tuscaloosa, AL (hotel TBD), two (2) tickets to the University of Alabama vs. LSU Football Game scheduled for November 7, 2009 at 1 PM, dinner for two persons, two tickets to the CTSM Hospitality Tent at the Coca-Cola Crimson Village, two gift bags with "Bama" fan apparel and the opportunity for the Winner and their guest to be on the field during pre-game at Bryant-Denny Stadium. NOTE: the prize package does not include any means or provisions for travel for the winner and their guest to the actual location of the game in Tuscaloosa, AL. In the event the prize winner can not arrange travel or get themselves to the site of the game the Sponsors will not provide any substitute prizes. Approximate retail value of this prize: $2000.00.

By submitting an entry, you agree to release Aaron's, Inc., its parent company, franchisees, all participating retailers, advertising agencies and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates and subsidiaries from liability of any kind or nature for any loss, claims, damages, or injuries of any kind associated with participation in sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, participation in or use of any prizes. The Sponsor expressly disclaim any responsibility, and entrants agree to hold Sponsor harmless for liability for injury or loss to any person or property relating to participation in this Sweepstakes or the delivery and/or subsequent misuse of any of the prizes awarded.

WINNERS LIST: For the list of the Sweepstakes Winners, send a separate stamped, self-addressed envelope to: Aaron's, Inc.,"Ultimate Lucky Dog Fan Experience" Sweepstakes - WINNERS, 309 E. Paces Ferry Road NE, Atlanta, GA 30305-2377 after November 7, 2009 and before December 31, 2009. No se reconocerán, procesarán o reenviarán las solicitudes que no se reciban durante ese período.
