What is means to race at Daytona: "Daytona has always been special to me.  It has defined NASCAR; it's the most important track. There's nowhere we race that is more prestigious in my mind. I've been lucky enough to win there a few times and it's helped shape my career."

Double-file restarts come to the Nationwide Series: "It is going to be crazy.  If we have a double-file restart late in the race, it's going to be fun to see us all bunched up from the start. Anything can happen.  It's going to be interesting to see and experience."

Most memorable moment at Daytona: "Winning the 500 in 2003 has to be the most memorable moment for me at Daytona," said Waltrip.  "It was a great day for the team.  We led the most laps and won the race.  I will never forget when someone asked me what it's like to be a two time winner of the Daytona 500.  I never really thought about it like that.  Just the realization on that day made it real special."

Goals for Daytona this weekend: "Well, my goal would be to win the thing.  I have confidence that my guys will give me a great Aaron's Dream Machine and I just have to do my part.  If we can stay out of trouble and keep the car clean I think we'll be in good shape." 

Nationwide racing in The Aaron's Dream Machine: "The Aaron's Dream Machine is the DNA of MWR," said Waltrip.  "We started racing the car behind my house in Sherrills Ford, NC.  We took the car to Bristol and won, went to Michigan and won, and won at Nashville.  There has been a lot of success in this car.  I think about MWR and where we are today and it begins with Aaron's."

Chassis Information: The No. 99 Aaron's Dream Machine for Daytona International Speedway is chassis No. 51, which was used earlier this year at Daytona and Talladega.
